Banana
pancakes are easily made and even a two year old are able to help mashing up the bananas with a fork.
2 bananas
1 egg
2 tea spoons of sugar
1 dl wheat flower
A bit of vanilla sugar
1 table spoon of vegetable oil

Mash up the bananas with a fork. Add the egg and sugar
and stir until the ‘dough’ is smooth. Then add flour and vanilla. Poor onto a
warm frying pan divided into smaller pancakes and bake them until they are
light brown on both sides. Serve while warm.
